Second day off and lots to do. Am off round my sisters house later for dinner but she is cooking a slimming world approved meal so looking forward to it. Will be nice to catch up.

B: 2 scrambled eggs, smoked bacon medallions and 2 slices of whole meal bread ( Hexb) and semi skimmed milk (hexa)
L: salad with ham and steak slices, 1 tbsp light salad cream (2 syns)
D: chicken breast, garlic light Philly (hexa), 2 tablespoons crime fraiche (3 syns), pasta (Hexb), onions, mushrooms and peppers
S: apple, raspberries, cherries, satsuma, banana, curly wurly (6 syns)

Had a NSV (non scale victory) this morning... Have got into my size 18 skinny jeans comfortably and can now wear my boots! Love slimming world and the shred!
 
Yeah for smaller clothes. I need new work clothes, all of mine are too big. Oh well, wait til i drop another size then these tops will be 3 sizes to big for me haha
 
It just spurred me on to continue doing the shred and keep up with red days on sw. I am actually enjoying the process of losing weight, getting fitter and feeling healthier!

Am however having my rest day for the week from the shred today! Got aching muscles
 
Today was first early shift at work 9-18 so a weird shift but managed to get my workout done straight after work so am really proud of myself. Was second day of level 2 on the 30 day shred - it hurt and I shouted at the tv but I did it!

B: 2 alpen light bars (Hexb), apple
L: salad, lean ham, 3 dairy leas (hexa), 1 tbsp light salad cream (2syns), muller light vanilla
D: turkey steaks, stirfry veg, stirfry scheuan sauce (2.5syns), noodles (Hexb)

Exercise: rest day (weight loss has stalled due to the shred so am pulling back on the exercise)

Some lovely food on there. I'm especially loving cherries and raspberries at this time of year.

Hey I don't think noodles are a HEXB if you are doing a red day, this is an EE day as long as you only use 1HEXA, noodles don't have enough fibre in them to be a HEXB I think. HTH xx
 
Yeah it turned out to be a EE day. I usually syn the noodles. Thanks though
 
I have lost 1.5lbs this week which takes my total to 14.5lbs (a stone) lost in 5 weeks! I am thrilled! Today is a green day as I need carbs today! ;)

L: pasta, tomatoes and chilli sauce, vegetables
D: chicken (Hexb), baked potato, salad, 1 tbsp light salad cream (2syn)
S: apple, 2 satsuma, raspberries, curly wurly (6 syns)...

Syns: unknown (had a celebration for losing a stone so ate too much, drawn a line under that and starting again tomorrow)

Right am on late shift today from 1500 - 0000 but shall mainly be doing admin work. Everything is prepped for dinner at work later and having been a bit naughty last night celebrating my 1 stone weight loss I am back on plan! It's a red day today so here it goes:

L: 3 ryvita, 35g cheddar cheese, shredded chilli beef, tomatoes and cucumber
D: salad, pulled ham, 1 tbsp light salad cream (2syn), mullerlight toffee

Second late shift today which seem to cause me to not crave sugar so much and I do eat less as am busy! Can only be a good thing. Have noticed I am spending a small fortune on fruit though... Small price to pay in order to lose weight. Only another 2 and a half stone to go!

Been a difficult day today... Had a funeral of a close family friend to go to but managed to stay on plan even with the temptation of cake!

Horrible day today as not feeling great due to *week and the funeral yesterday. Also got some feedback about some mistakes that I made at work... I have to remember that I am stronger than I have ever been before and I won't let them bring me down. It's only a job and I am getting paid a huge amount of money to do it. Just smile, nod and agree!
