Hi all (if anyone's reading?)

Had another good day today - had to force myself to have my 19 points - got to try and get over thinking it's bad to have all my points!

Need to try and up the veg next week, kinda went off salad a bit so need to get some more different salads in - any ideas? Anyone know how to point Goat's cheese as if that's in a salad I'd eat it all day!

WI tomorrow - better be good! :)

the way you are going the weigh in will be better than good
I am tired just reading about all the work you have put in this week with that amount of work you deserve to get to a stone off this week

do you do a scale stepping in the morning to see if you might be in for a loss - if so do the scales look positive

I do, yes! (I weigh myself twice a day- once before I go to bed, then also when I get up - and I don't care what anyone says, it helps me! so there :p) Scales are down but not sure how much as I can't remember what they said last week! d'oh!

Just back from Weigh In and ...

I lost 2.5 lbs!!!


Woohooooo SO pleased - I never lose that much. 100% and Wii Ea Sports is the answer!

Another 100% week for me, although I've got an 80s party on Saturday, but have the motivation to not go tooo mad now! .5 more and I'm into the 11s! Come on!!! 1.5lbs and I'll have lost a stone. Come on!!! :D:D

Hmm - I'll deffo do the food and water, but I have every second day off my exercise. Mr.Ea Sports says so. :D

It honestly is the only exercise I've stuck to for so long! I guess it's what ever suits you! :)

What game is it you have, the new one the EA challengy thing i have heard about it but cant remember what its called.

I have my WII fit but im top of all the leader boards now so i have lost interest in them really and would like a new one to try thats a challenge to myself
