on the up lol
well i ate tuesday,wed,and thursday, just some chicken and salad as i was becoming hungry, also still managed to loose 5 lb and a half
on WI today,
so i started refeed proply today
Day 1
brekkie = choc shake
lunch = tuna and salad(toms,onion,cucumber and lettus) with Balsamic vin,
(only had lunch to as i ate for 3 days already)
dinner will be = tuna and salad, (boring i know ) lol
