Day 2/36

Good start, had a refreshing shower. Appear to be down about 1lb this morning too which is good. Got a little bit more tidying to do and to bath the kids ready for my family to arrive and then off to play centre for Harmony's party.

Feeling positive, so hoping that I will sail through day 2 and into day 3 tomorrow.
