Just wanted to say Hi and ask about shift work
I'm day 5 of 5 attack days, had a slip up last night after thinking I hadn't lost enough weight, but I've given my head a shake and I'm back on it this morning.
I work shifts, two day shifts (7am-4pm) two late shifts (5pm-3am) and two night shifts (11pm-7am), and I wondered if anyone else works shifts and how do you plan your meals around the changing shifts?? The problem I have is that whilst on earlies I can eat normal meals, however on lates I end up eating at around 4pm, then again around 11pm or later, then on nights I tend to eat before work and then after work.
Having read a few threads on this forum alot of people dont eat after 8pm?? Would you suggest I dont eat 2hrs before going to bed, or longer.
Still waiting for my book so I'm a little confused.
