Day 3!! Woop wooop.. Me is feeling so damn pleased with my self today, I've had quite a busy day! Missed out on the v meal . Lol oooh well many more to come!!! I'm 100% in ketosis I can tell n taste lol !!!! Looking forward to Tomorrw new day new challenge, I've got lots of cooking to do in morning.... Oooh wot a fantastic day it's been !! X

Day4 !!!!! Done n dusted soooo happy, I didn't feel hungry at all today, had to force the last two shakes down .. N it's that time of month. Usually I crave chocs n all sorts I'm soooo happy that I'm finally seeing the light !!! I feel loads slimmer, I feel sooo damn good that really words could not say .... I've spent most if the day cooking n it did not cross my mind one I should cheat!!! I'm feeling a new mee.. If that makes sense. Lol. Hey thanx Mrs FB hope!!!!!!! Xxx

Day5 !!!!!!!!!! (ahhhhh)))))) lol gone so well n smoothly really amazed. Thanx u jelliebabe n SV for ur lovely coments !!! Sooo today has been very busy for me, I went for a good trim today n feel abit odd with a fringe lol.. As Its not really me!! But everyone did like it, so my Sis n friend also went and had fringe put in lol!!! Dunk four ltrz of water wel I do n have drunk this amount always !! I loveeeeeeee my water really helps, I've had no hunger pangs or heard food calling me lol!!! So it's been a truly amazing day !! N roll on Friday ... To much planned for 2morw!! So hope u all have had an excellent day as well !!! Update u all 2morw!! Xxxx

Hey jelliebabe I weigh at home every other day!! But the scales have not moved since wensdy. But I'm not letting it get to me!! As I know I've not cheated and also its period week!! N it's water retention! Which hopfuly will pass!! Lol
