Does Manchester have a Chinatown Steve, that's where I get mine here in Birmingham, from the Chinese stores.

There are quite a few Chinese Supermarkets in Chinatown Manchester, there's also a big Chinese Supermarket near the Ferrari & Maserati garage just outside Manchester. We go there quite alot.

Oh crikey yeah, we got loads of Chinese and Asian supermarkets round here. We've got the mighty Wing Yip practically on my work doorstep!

My curry was a thai one so not induction friendly.

Chicken
thai curry paste
coconut milk
fish sauce
lemon grass
fresh corriander

Simples!
