Happy that you have found a lovely new C and group.

I would write/email SW head office about the other consultant and just let them know how you felt. It does sound like the old C needs some help as she is representing SW and if she is not being supportive to struggling members (as you said you were) I don't think that is what the Head Office would want - and also you may not be the only one.

I know I should complain but I would feel awful doing that. I don't have a lot of backbone when it comes to things like complaining. Plus she shops at the same place I do and I know that, with my luck, I would complain only to see her the next day haha.

I did read on fb once where someone complained and basically SW did nothing so maybe best to just keep your peace.
