I love the 26 minute nap...had another one this afternoon!

just done 4.8 mile run un just under an hour....went with a friend tonight!

I cant decide what to have for breakkie today
I was going to have a bar, but maybe over the past couple of days of eating what feels like nothing but bars, I am not feeling the bar love
Thats good though. Maybe today I will keep to shakes. I think I will make a pot of full caffeine coffee and have half a choc shake in it. You have put me in the mood for that Shrimp

Morning Shrimp. Well done with your run time. I bought a new pair of running shoes from a specialist running shop in London. I had to run up and down the street with my trousers rolled up to my knees about 10 times trying different shoes. My friend thought it was hillarious and couldn't stop laughing. I was just relieved I didn't embarrass myself by getting out of breath!

i think it is really important getting the right running shoes so you have done the right thing. I me probably on the last few weeks of my current running shoes. My husband does not get that I have to Chang them but I can start to feel it in my ankles when they are going.

i hope it was not raining?

It was tipping it down! We were already soaked when we got to the shop having walked around for ages trying to find it.

And then you had to run up and down in the rain? That is not good

what a beautiful sunny day, up early (when I am on holiday),,,had my vanilla shake in coffee for breakfast. This morning I have the farrier coming so new shoes fo my boys.

then off to the post office to send a parcel..and most exciting my summer house is due for delivery this morning and fingers crossed will be put up this afternoon.

Oh Lynne it's nealy up...the only thing left is the felt on the roof and the glass! Ste is at work tomorrow so I am hoping we can finish it on Sunday
