It's official..2lb off this week (I am happy with that). WI next week will have to be Friday as I will be in London on Saturday morning

the great news for me was this morning I pulled a pair of jodhpurs from the back of the wardrobe. My mum bought them for my birthday 4 years ago and they where to small. Today I am wearing them to go riding and they are a 28 inch waist...now that is big news for me

Thank you Goldiei...well that's 30 mins finishing off mowing the grass and an hour painting the summer house. The summer house seems to be taking so long to paint I am sure I could have done half the house in the same time frame.
