I will be a Princess!
Evening ladies! Thank you for continuing to pop into my diary, despite my absences. I've been lurking for a couple of weeks really, but not posting, mainly because I've been really bad with my diet. As such, I've decided to give WW a whirl (yes, I've been tempted to the dark side! ) starting from Friday.
I'm going to keep posting here though as I still want to keep up to date with all the goings on in the lives of my SW buddies (despite half of them also defecting to WW, haha!)
I'm feeling really positive about the new WW plan. I think I'll probably try to stick to as many Filling and Healthy days as possible...mainly due to the lack of counting! I'll probably do Pro points days at the weekend though to allow greater flexibility with going out on a Saturday night. I like the fact you can have your daily points and also have the 49 weekly points as a cushion if needed.
Apart from dieting though I actually feel a bit happier at the moment. While I know it's still early days, and I still have the odd meltdown occasionally triggered by something like a father's day display, in the whole I'm feeling a lot more upbeat. I guess that time really is a good healer. I can't promise to always be happy and cheery, but I'll try my best
Thank you all for your enduring support over the past few months xxx
