Sian's 2015 restart - time to shift the weight once and for all!

*slinks back in and waves hello* How are you all? Forgive me for I have sinned...and sinned, and sinned! :eek: I'm sorry I haven't been around at all for the last month. I'm planning to try and pop in far more often from now on. As of this coming Friday I've decided to start back with Slimming World. While Weight watchers was appealing due to the flexibility, with work being as busy as it is at the moment I don't have time for calculating the points in everything. I'm currently heavier than I've been at any point in the last 4 years. So depressing. I HAVE to shift some of this weight as it's getting me down. Randomly, my eye problems seem to have cleared up this past week or so...very strange! I still have no idea what caused it, but fingers crossed it doesn't come back. I hope some of you are still reading, and I'll be catching up with you all soon xxx

Hey lovely! How are you? I'm good thanks...still getting my head around doing SW again! I've made a couple of new things this morning though, the SW oat biscuits and eggs baked in ham. Lush! I'm trying to find my Little Book of Lunches though and I seem to have lost it :( xx

Mmmm...lush lunch! The tesco pulled pork is lovely. I cut the blob of fat off that was on it, but it was actually quite lean. Definitely something that will be a regular part of my menu. I know it's supposed to serve 3, but for a main meal I think it'll serve 2 portions, which isn't too bad.

Also, I've tried one of the almond flavoured oat biscuits, and they're lovely! I left these ones in for longer and they're definitely more of a biscuit texture. I might try some lemon flavoured ones, or I might try making some ginger ones. Mmmm!
