Hiya! Success express isn't really happening...in fact, nothing is. I'm so stressed out with work that I can't even think straight. I've got a banging headache, I've got jawache from grinding my teeth in my sleep because I'm so stressed out, and I just want next week to be over! xx

Oh no! Sorry to hear about your stress. Sometimes it's okay to pause your journey while you deal with everything you need to. Deal with your stress first then get back on the diet once that's sorted. Don't make yourself ill!
