It's just 2 Tesco light choices sausages wrapped around a boiled egg and wrapped in smoked bacon with the fat trimmed off. It means I don't have to syn breadcrumbs...all good in my book! :D xx
Oooh that sounds good - how long do you cook them for? and what oven temp?
Morning lovelies! Thank you for the good luck wishes :) I'm pleased to report that I lost a pound this week, yay! I'm happy with that as I've had quite a sedentary week with all the work I've been doing.
Onwards and downwards! :D xx
Well done Princess x
I'm quietly fuming at the moment...I know it's a forum, and everyone has the right to say what they think, but people who seem to enjoy putting people's efforts down all in an attempt at "tough love" really p**s me off!!! Making people feel guilty isn't going to help them...it's more likely to send them spiralling into a really unhealthy attitude towards food that just isn't sustainable long term. Grrrr!!!!:mad::mad:
Oh dear - that's very sad - I hope the comments were not aimed at you x chin up - rise above x
Sorry, just seen this post! Yeah I'm fine now hun, I just get quite narked when I see people being almost deliberately harsh to others in posts. If any of us were perfect we wouldn't be here needing to lose weight. I guess it's easy to misinterpret the tone of a post on here though isn't. Never mind, the green tea is making me float along in a serene little bubble now, lol! xxx
I think I need some of this green tea!
Supper:
Chicken wrapped in bacon with cheese (HexA)
Jacket potato
Sautéed mushrooms
2 EL laughing cow triangles - 2 syns
That sounds lush!

I cooked them for 30 minutes on 180 - they're lovely! :) xx

Well done Princess x

Thanks hunny! :) xx

No, the comfort weren't aimed at me, and to be honest they were probably meant to be supportive, I probably just took them the wrong way. I just don't like to see any form of what I perceive to be injustice :) xx

Lol! I very much doubt that the green tea makes me more serene, I just like it and it's low in caffeine so it doesn't give me a headache :) xx

That sounds lush!

I hope it will be lush! I'm looking forward to it already! :D xx

I'm not sure if my answers will actually show up, silly phone!

EDIT: all my answers are mixed in wit 've original comments, oops! Xx

Re: Sian's restart diary - third time lucky! :-D

Afternoon all!! What a horrible rainy day! I really take pity on the two people I know who are getting married today...they must be cursing after all the dry weather we've been having!

I'm off to one of the wedding receptions tonight, but I'm driving so it'll be a sober night for me :) Good syns-wise, but I'm quite a shy person in social situations so I'll probably feel quite daunted by it! Let's hope that the weather improves otherwise my hair will make me look like the wild woman of Borneo!! :D

Hope you're all having a fab day! Xx

Sunday 14th April (EE)

Morning lovelies! How are we all? The wedding reception was lovely! Everybody had a really good time :) We got home about 12, which zealo that a few of went over to the local pub (owned by the bride's mother) and had a couple of drinks after, so I had a couple of vodkas and diet coke. I'm glad I wasn't drinking at the wedding though otherwise I'd be bankrupt this morning, the drinks were so expensive!!

I'm looking out of the window at the foul weather thinking typical!! I've got to pack my car up this side and unpack back in Pembrokeshire and it's blowing a gale and pouring down with rain. Bleurgh!! Never mind, it might ease off later :)

I'm looking forward to my roast dinner at the moment, yum!

Hey, I've come back to the diet after having a break! How is your diet going? X

Hiya hun!! It's great to see you back! My diet's been a bit up and down since Christmas, so I've decided to reset my stats. Onwards and downwards! I'll pop over to your diary in a bit :) xx

Food sounds lovely today esp lunch!

Hiya hun! Thanks! I didn't have the omelette in the end...by the time I'd got back from work and made my stew for tomorrow I couldn't be bothered, so I had weetabix instead. What a crazy life I lead, lol! :D xx

Mmmmmm that looks yummy !!!!

That stew looks amazing!!!

Well done on swapping for weetabix - i always find if I'm too tired and don't want dinner a red flashing siren needs to go off - because this is my dangerous time and i start eating silly stuff x

Hey ladies! It's not very often that I cook something new, but this was a new one for me...chicken, chorizo and potato stew with loads of onion, peppers, smoked paprika and garlic. It was lush!! Well worth the 5 syns per portion for the chorizo (I'm a greedy piggy who likes loads of chorizo! ;))

I really enjoy Weetabix Donna, so at least I know that I can have that as a reasonably guilt free meal if I'm really tired. It was scrummy with the Koko coconut milk, definitely nicer than usual :)
