Ello ello! Hope everyone's had a good day! I've been in work today for GCSE results, then I met up with a friend for lunch. I'm not sure I want to admit what I had :eek: I had a chicken, bacon, lettuce and tomato burger with curly fries and salad :eek::eek::eek: Oops!! Not good with weigh in tomorrow morning!

Thanks hun! I think it was all the buffet food and alcohol last weekend at the wedding that's likely to be mostly to blame for the gain. At least I thoroughly enjoyed though! Xx :)

I agree... You might be surprised... No point worrying yourself about it... It won't change what they say so just enjoy the rest of your evening... No dime bars allowed though lol :p

Definitely no dime bars passing these lips tonight (mainly because I don't have any in the house! ;)) Whatever the scales say, tomorrow's the beginning of a new week, woooo! Onwards and downwards xx

Morning ladies. I hope everybody's well! I'm reporting in with a 2.5lb gain. I was fully expecting a gain, so I'm not really surprised, but it's still hard not to feel completely disheartened...it took 3 weeks to get rid of 4lb and only one week to gain 2.5. It's not fair, lol! I'm not really sure how good this week is going to be either, as I think my friend wants us to go for an all you can eat Chinese buffet one night before we go back to school, eek! :eek: I guess I'll just have to extra good with my food and alcohol for the remainder of the week!

The food plan so far...

Breakfast:

None, oops!

Lunch:

Tomato soup
Bread and butter (HexB + 2 syns)
RF cheddar (HexA)

Supper:

Pork, chorizo, red onion and red pepper burgers (5 syns)
SW smoked paprika and garlic sweet potato wedges
Corn on the cob
Tomato, beetroot and red onion salsa with balsamic vinegar
Mayo and sweet chilli dip - 3 syns

Snacks and drinks:

Nectarine
Raspberry jelly with a strawberry yoghurt and banana - 0.5 syn




Today's syns: 10.5

Total syns: 10.5

Syns remaining: 94.5/105

Although I've just realised that I've had burgers two days in a row, oops! Mine were much nicer though...it really shows that junk food just isn't worth it most of the time xx
 
Hi Sian - sorry about the gain hun, your right about how quickly it can go back on, and also about still feeling disappointed, been there too.

Your burgers sound lush hun yum yum x

It's just plain old raspberry. I'm trying the aldi sugarfree jelly crystals, they were quite cheap! I'm going to have it with a yoghurt and banana later on. I'm still full though for the moment, dinner was more filling than I expected it to be! Xxx
