2 x bread (from 400g nimble wholemeal loaf) (Hexb)

Lunch:
Lentil and Bacon soup (Lentils (s) carrots (s) onions (s) garlic, bacon, potatoes, stock pots)

1 hour 30 of exercise (wii fit, wii sports and weights done)....might see if I am up to doing the zumba later...did another hour on zumba and resistance bands
