Sick of carrying 2 hitch hikers about, so this is my diary

Morning Lily hun xx

Well done on the 1lb loss, and good luck with the challenge:hug99:

:thankyou: hun, the challenge is in the bag lol, like I said if someone else sets me the challenges I have to do them cos I can't b e seen to fail, which is why I suggested the idea to my C in the first place, keeps me on the straight and narrow, I'm not silly me I do it to benefit me but everyone else that sticks to it also benefits :giggle:
Hope you're having a good week lovely :hug99:xxx

Yay to the pound loss lovely lily x x x :)

:thankyou: sweetie, Like I just said to Lynne, this week it's definitely in the bag ...I am so up for this challenge :hug99:xxx

Yay to the pound off lovely Lily x

:thankyou: hun, can't wait for Tuesday, I know you shouldn't wish your life away but I do want this week to go quick :giggle: I have been so good and to be honest I just had a sneaky hop on the scale, after dinner I might add and I am down 3lb so far, so long as I stick to it the way I have since Tuesday there is no reason why I can't get that 6-7lbs this week :hug99: xxx

Well done LL. We know it's a lot less than you wanted but you can zoom down those scales again when you're ready. Bet the challenge will shake things up :bighug: xxxxxx

:thankyou: sweetie, and I am so ready, so watch this space, this week is the beginning of some big losses, I want this and I am really ready for it and all the information I have accumulated over the last few months, should make sure I don't have too many more gains in future :fingerscrossed:
Hope you're well hun :hug99: xxx

:woohoo: my lovely twin well done :D :hug99: x
:thankyou: my very lovely twin, and here's to many more bigger losses :giggle: :hug99: xxxx

Hello lovelies, I have been so busy this week, concentrating on weight loss of all things :8855: suddenly realised the other day that we have just about 8 weeks till our holiday and I really want to be 2 st lighter, so with the 3lb I have lost on the challenge that leaves me 25lb and I am hoping that 7 or so of them will go this week :fingerscrossed:

Since I moved into this house some 15 and a half years ago, I have had very little chance to explore the local areas, having had my accident almost 1 year to the day after we moved in....well I never knew what lovely open spaces we have so close to where I live and in good walking distance too.
If you walk out of my road and up past the old folks home there is a set of steps that lead you up to the local train station, now just across the road from there is a garden center, wood yard and a Asian centre, but I didn't know that if you walk just about a 100 yards or so further down the same road there is a little pathway that leads up past a field that has a bull in it and if you walk along the perimeter of that field, it leads to another big open space, great for taking the dog and letting him off the lead, Chester loved it and we have decided to take him twice a day....Mal takes him for a long walk in the afternoon and then we go about 7pm for a slightly shorter walk, as far as my back and legs will allow....my feet are killing me, my back is aching and I am knackered, but I come home feeling good and then do another 1.5 to 2 hours on the wii (which I will do once they have finished watching the footie)

So with the new walking, exercise and eating plan, hopefully I'll get the losses I want ....hope you're all doing well and having a good week, I will be off to do a little catch up in a bit, after I have written up my menu's and positives for this week (My week begins Tuesday ) :bighug: xxxxxxx

Oh and with the new walking and exercise, comes a better sleep pattern, I am so tired after all the exercise and walking that I am sleeping about 8 hours a night, I actually don't think I have EVER slept that many hours a night in my entire life so :woohoo: xxxx

:thankyou: Lynne, Can't believe I didn't even know that it was that close to me lol, but it's lovely and i just found out that a place that I have known about all my life nearly (Bentley Priory, went to the grammar school that backs onto it) is actually a nature reserve, so we are off to explore with the kids at the weekend and it's literally a stones throw from my house, will be great to take the kids there ....but how naughty that I didn't know all this about it, always thought it was something to do with the RAF (which it was), didn't know it was open to the public and there is so much to see there...am hoping that it stays dryish at the weekend so we can go explore xxx:hug99: xxxx

Morning lovely, You know what I will be 100% honest with you Lynne, up till now I have been carried away with the idea of the pregnancy and new grandchild, but not what I would call excited, I think maybe because I have done it so many times before with Kelly and the stepgrandkids....but this has made it so real and now this is my baby, my youngest on the verge of having her own baby and it's really hit home now and I am soooooo excited and more so cos they are actually going to be living here for a while with baby too, new life in the house will be wonderful :hug99: xxx

I do feel emotional hun, this is my baby, I felt like that with Kelly but this is my youngest, no more kids after this. I think it's because now I can't see her as a little girl anymore, she's going to be a Mum herself and that in it's own turn will lead to her leaving home, I hated it when Kelly left home and I know I am going to be worse when Kirsty flies the nest, cos I won't have anymore of my babies here....it's good but it suddenly makes me feel really old lol....but I'll get over it ....it's still very exciting :hug99:xxx
