Signature Challenges

Hi All,

I'm new to Minimins and really enjoying all the help and advice so far. Like many people on here I started putting together a signature and began to list my weight goals/challenges and I am looking for advice.... which of the following would you recommend;

1) listing say your next 5 goals that are achievable in say 2-3 months or;
2) listing all you weight goals that get you to where you want to be?


Listing all of them may make it look like an insurmountable challenge but i also think its good to keep a focus on the long term effort.

I would love to hear your thoughts on this?
