Woo on my refeed! I'm quite nervous but being able to eat is worth the nerves! 
So day 1 and i've just had my dinner, grilled chicken breast, seasoned simply with salt and pepper, and a salad of baby leaf spinach, rocket, cherry tomatoes and red onion dressed with balsamic vinegar. was lovely! I'm stuff now
