I LOVE Potato Croquettes, not had them in AGES! How do you manage to drink 2L of Squash? I'd be weeing all day! X
 
U get used to it, I make a point of having my 2 litres drunk b4 I leave work. Normally have another 500ml with dinner as well. I love potato croquettes as well, feel hungry so hope 3 will fill me up :)
 
I'm going to my brothers house for dinner on Sunday. I found a recipe in an old ww mag for Baileys cheesecake. I'm gonna try it! Only 5pp a slice and serves 6.

That Cheesecake sounds amazing! Could you make individual ones to help with Portion Control? X PS-Well Done with the Drink, I could do with being that good but I have a terrible bladder lol x
 
it makes 6 slices and trust me with Matt and my brother eating i will be lucky if i even get a full slice :)

Ha ha ha! That's ok then ;-) Im terrible for cutting things which is why I make Muffins/Cupcakes, couldn't be trusted to cut a big cake! X
 
Had my usual porridge this morning with 3 strawberries. Just had lunch mixed seed slimbo with ham and cheese and a ww yogurt and apple. I'm still hungry... had a sneaky weigh in this morning and I'm up a pound. I know I shouldn't have but I did !!! I have my periods and I've started my fertility treatment but still its meant to be coming off not going on. At times like this I wanna go back on the shakes but NO its not an option anymore. Dunno what to have for dinner later, I need something really filling for 9pp but then again I don't want a huge dinner the night before weigh in.

You know you'll have gained coz A) its (WI) midweek and B) Water retention and bloat from TOTM!!!
And anyway.. no 2 scales weigh the same so you're WI may not even be righ.. So step off the scales, forget you done it and carry doing what you done last week! (hope I wasn't too bossy there... )

How about a big omelette and jkt potato not too many points but very filling or have some soup first then dinner what ever you have enjoy, I also had a sneaky weigh in this week and wish I hadn't might even put my scales away to save the constant temptation to check :0)
 
I decided on having 150g new potatoes 3pp, broccoli 0pp, 137g Cod 2pp so have 4pp left over. I will have a cereal bar and ww yogurt later. Yeah janet I think hiding the scales is a must :)
 
Just having porridge for breakfast and fruit and yogurts for lunch. Then tonight I will have 17pp so might have chicken & mushroom pie 11pp with wedges 100g 4pp and ww rich toffee bar 2pp...
