Six months to be the bride I WANT to be

Hi,

So here goes what feels like the hundredth times I have joined slimming World. I have flirted a bit with other weight loss methods along the way but know I need to come back to what I know best.

I have six months till my wedding ( already have the dress :D) and will be really upset if I haven't lost weight by then. I would like to lose 2 stone which is just 1.5lb per week. Unfortunately ( or fortunately i suppose) I have quite a social life with lots of dinner parties and drinks which I really must rein in, but it's a small sacrifice to pay to feel fantastic at the wedding and then on honeymoon.

I know what I need to do to get there and my boyfriend has offered his full support ( something he was reluctant to do in the past) I MUST go to group every week as in the past I would just give up if I had a bad week.

So here is to the next six months!!

Sunday

Breakfast: wasn't up in time
lunch: spinach, tomato, lettuce, eggs
snack: ww yogurt
dinner: salmon, sweet potato, asparagus, broccoli, green beans
strawberrys

HEA: milk
HEB:3x crackerbread
Sins: morrisons greek style low fat yogurt ( quarter tub 1/2)

Monday

Breakfast: frozen fruits and morrisons fat free natural yogurt
lunch: lettuce, spinach, tomato, carrot, sweet potato, chicken, balsamic
strewberrys, 2 x ww yogurt
dinner: pork, cous cous, chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, courgette, carrot, peppers, onion, garlic

HEA: milk
HEB: 6 x crackerbread
 
It's going ok, have had two red days in a row.

Breakfast: frozen berries and fat free natural yogurt
lunch: chicken salad with spinach, lettuce, carrot and cherry tomatoes
Snack: ww yogurt x2
Dinnerslimming world chicken curry

HEa milk
hEB: 105g green lentils

Wednesday

Breakfast : frozen berries and fat free natural yogurt
lunch: leftover chicken curry, spinach and cherry tomato
Dinner: 2x ww sausages (1 syn) chopped toms, peppers and mushrooms
snack: 1 x ww yogurt

HEa: milk
Heb:

Syns: sausages 1syn and rather random shot of absinthe at 4!! I was forced into it at a trade show but hey that's what the syns are there for. I was really saving the syns because although joined the group on Saturday night I knew I had a dinner party to go to. I sill enjoyed the food but drank very little an then I'm going to Frankfurt this week so really need ths saved syns.
 
Back from A long weekend in Frankfurt! I had decided to join SW last week with this looming mainly to stop me putting on 5lb if I waited till i got back.
I was not particularly diet friendly and I hit the buffet (amazing!!) breakfast with all go intentions but after a few glasses of champagne the pastry and cheese became a lot more tempting. So after a lot of beer, sausages and yummy breakfast foods I am back on track.
In the past I would have freaked out about weigh in Saturday but not this time, I went, i eat and now I'm back!! I have 4 days to sort it out!!
Red days for me I think
