I've always been weak minded before - I've got myself into a pre-holiday 'regime' where I hardly eat and try to do loads of exercise, but because I feel like I'm missing out loads, I last 2 weeks then fall off the wagon. Thankfully, SW is making me think about weight loss totally differently. I'm eating really yummy food, including chocolate (Freddo bars - 5 syns - genius!) and yet the weight is coming off. The confidence will come when you trust the plan and it works for you, which it will if you can get through a couple of 100% weeks. Seriously honey, if I can do it, anyone can!
We're off to Cuba in September and I totally can't wait. Sounds like you've got lots of nice things coming up - it's definitely good to have milestone dates for motivation. I just keep thinking about how, for the first time in my life, I'm going to feel comfortable in swimwear! I already feel pretty different in clothes although the jiggle factor underneath still leaves a lot to be desired, so I've got a way to go yet! lol.
