Well done on not nibbling Kez.

Skinny legs! I have no idea what I'd look like with skinny legs as mine have always been tree trunks. I've measured my calves and thighs to see if they change.

Little bit headachey today but that's about it. I think I'm a bit of a sadist as my OH is off work today so I'm insisting we got to a cafe for breakfast. Partly so he gets over the feeling bad about sitting there eating while I'm just drinking black coffee - hopefully once he sees I'm fine abou it, he'll loosen up about eating round me. Partly so I get out the other side without eating so if I'm ever tempted I can remind myself that I managed it before.

My dad has an appointment with the specialist at Lincoln Hospital today. Their appointment is at 9.30am but because of the roads round Lincoln they were leaving about 7.30am.

Not decided what I am going to do after CD. think i will just SS until I get to goal which is currently 10'7 - but could change!! then work my way up the plans and hopefully lose a little excess along the way. I will then just eat healthy and calorie count for the rest of my life haha and try and keep my carb intake at a low. same for you isn't it?

(but then again my lil silly sis is just above 9s and smthg like 6'' tall so watch this space - I might get competitive and try to match her...) dunno yet....

Did the same at the start and was shocked that my thighs were the size of a healthy BMI waist size!!!
That itself was enough to start dieting.

Morning Ladies! Just got back to work from college, god that was hard going....really missed my mid morning coffee and chocolate bar!

Starting a summer job tomorrow cleaning chalets, it's hard work and the site is on a nearly vertical hill, so you are up and down like a whores drawers...still I'm thinking about the calories I will be burning while I'm doing it.

My partners Bday today and we are having a meal tonight with his folks (well I'll be having a shake...of course!) and then tomorrow night having chinese with my gran and sis. Is there anything CD legal on a chinese menu? thought not...another shake it is! lol

Breakfast went remarkably well. OH is over his worrying about eating around me and I didn't feel envious at all!

Good news about my dad. There was no doubt whatsoever that he had prostate cancer because of his symptoms BUT it is in the prostate and 2 lymph nodes and hasn't spread any further. The specialist has prescribed 3 months or hormone therapy followed by 3 months of radiotherapy. After this he expects the cancer to be shrunk right back.

Such a relief!!

I admit that the moment I was off the phone to my mum I wept buckets. My parents live up in Lincolnshire while I'm in East Sussex so feel a bit helpless.

My OH is off work today so he's been ever so sweet.

hello everyone

been on the scales this morning and i am back up to my heaviest, devastated!! Cant beleive I have done this. This is why I cant be around food for a while. Going for a family meal tonight and definately going to do this this time. I am at my lowest at the moment.

I will be starting Monday, no excuses, and I need to remember this feeling when I feel like I want to eat. And when I think well I will do slimming world / weight watchers its easy, I cant diet with food, need to totally re-educate myself.

Don't worry about the age group. My lad has a couple of godparents who have been married for 20 or so years and she's ten years or so older than him. He worships the ground she walks on, even now when she has lost her memory a touch.

Well, my lad got me a card and a book that I was after BUT guess who cooked, washed up and put away.

OHs youngest stayed last night and told me she didn't have a present to give her mother (who's a real witch) so I told OH I'd pick her up some flowers to take but OH insisted on going instead. So, she'll go home and tell her mother that father bought them. Whooopy-f**king do! They've been separated for nearly two years but she kicked up merry hell when we got together so she knew she couldn't click her fingers and get him back. Now he's buying the flowers?

Then it turns out that the witch's mother had sorted something out anyway which OH knew but hadn't mentioned.

Not important but feeling really cheesed off. OHs ex and I appear to have so much in common. Both overweight and darkhaired. Both had exactly the same operation. Loads of different bits that have been said are the same and then OHs oldest tells me she bought the witch Maltesers for Mothers Day as they're he favourites. Mine too! Beginning to feel like a replacement for the ex.

Aww i do think cd make things seem alot worse sometimes...i'm proper drama queen and my family have at least another 7 months of it hehe...try and find things to pamper yaself with...i find that helps
