Hey,
Mummy of two. I'm studying at the moment as well as being a SAHM, I do find this quite hard as temptations are all around but no more excuses

Zumba
Walking ✔
Cross Trainer ✔
Running hopefully!
My Statistics.
Height- 5ft & 1in
Start Weight- 15st 0lbs (210lbs)
Current Weight- 14st 8lbs (204lbs)
Goal Weight- 9st 7lb (133lbs)
Ive yo-yo dieted since i was a teen. Ive tried too lose weight before on VLCD's and failed so decided instead too do a lifestyle change exercise n healthy eating
Why I Want To Get In Shape
*My dream job of being a nurse.
*My Children are my main goal so i can be around for as long as i can!
* Have Diabetes in the family and i don't want that so need too get healthy for me!
* For my Husband
* Feel like me again..
* Give the right attitude about food too my children.
