Hey,

Mummy of two. I'm studying at the moment as well as being a SAHM, I do find this quite hard as temptations are all around but no more excuses :)

Exercise-
Zumba
Walking ✔
Cross Trainer ✔
Running hopefully!

My Statistics.
Height- 5ft & 1in :(
Start Weight- 15st 0lbs (210lbs)
Current Weight- 14st 8lbs (204lbs)
Goal Weight- 9st 7lb (133lbs)

Ive yo-yo dieted since i was a teen. Ive tried too lose weight before on VLCD's and failed so decided instead too do a lifestyle change exercise n healthy eating :)

Why I Want To Get In Shape

*My dream job of being a nurse.
*My Children are my main goal so i can be around for as long as i can!
* Have Diabetes in the family and i don't want that so need too get healthy for me!
* For my Husband
* Feel like me again..
* Give the right attitude about food too my children.

Good luck on the start if your journey ... So like mine ... I'm 5ft 1 .... I'm a nurse ... Diabetes in the family ... Have kids .. 3... My heaviest weight was 10st 12lb I'm now down to 9st 12 but it's taken me a year ..!!!! Was doing weight watchers but been calorie counting for last month .. I want to be 9st 7lb ..!! Bloomin hard tho .. I stick to my cals and losing no More weight ... I don't know what to do to kick start myself .. Hey ho x damned thyroid problem ..!!!!!

Great start on your journey and I think calorie counting is a great way to finish your journey my stats are

I am 5ft :(

Starting weight 13 stone 9lb

Current weight 9st 12

I think you have great reasons and motivation good luck
 
Thanks girls, Just need to stop the temptations and ignore it! So far so good! Plus more exercise and hopefully I'll get to my ideal weight :) Good luck girls xxxx
 
You can do it, enjoying exercise is a massive part of it I think the more varied the better it is also nice to meet people along the way that are doing the same thing I was scared the gym would be full of fitties looking down there nose but it really isn't and i have been massively encouraged by this and made some new friends, so keep it up

Finding it hard today I only started on Monday but I feel so pants even feel fatter?!?!?! Why does my brain muck around with me so much :( this is why I always end up pigging out (surprised I haven't yet) Sat here in tears knowing I have nothing to wear atm! I have a wedding in August and our wedding anniversary what the hell am I going to wear n feel nice/sexy in. ARGHHH!!!
 
August is still 27 days away lots o good things can happen before then, I find eating less bread and pasta makes me less bloated which is good for trying clothes on and feeling good also drinks loooaads of water I find it really helps with getting the scales moving and feeling more full up, I freeze curly whirlys as they are only 120 cals and if you freeze them they take ages to eat, it all helps the other thing is no matter what happens and loss in that time means you are step forward from when you started use that as a reason to keep a smile on your face x
 
4th July-

6th July-
Calorie intake goal- 1200
Calories burned- 230
Calorie intake- 1800

Eeek went abit over today :/ Tomorrow aint going to be much better either Hubby's birthday and party eek!! Although I'm on my feet all day so might burn a lot of calories there lol x

Well I had a unhealthy day today but because of the walking i've done it's evened out :D

7th July-
Calorie intake goal- 1200
Calories burned- 1688
Calorie intake-1300
 
Today was a fail. Feeling poorly so haven't counted calories at all. Tomorrow is a new day. And weigh in and I think I've gained rather than lost :/
 
Oh hope you feel better soon , even if you have a little gain don't worry ignore it and start a fresh today x
 
Has completely failed :( STS since i was last on here though which can only be a good thing.

Tomorrow is a new day and I will get skinny!!! xxxxx
