So since posting my diary on Friday I didn't get home until yesterday
so have been unable to update here. I did however keep myself in check
using my instagram and then writing it all down as soon as I was home.
Friday
night ended up being a spontaneous one and drinking was done. Due to
the extortionate drink prices of London, I opted against spirits and was
drinking snakebite (pints of half lager half cider with blackcurrant
cordial). I only ended up having 4 and looked up the syns, which were 11
syns a pint. It sounds bad but I was genuinely expecting worse. Anyway
this totaled my syns on Friday at 48.5, so the rest of the week will
have to be 5 syns maximum a day until Wednesday's weigh in.
We
ended up staying in a hotel on the Friday night and spending all day in
Camden on Saturday, before going to another gig that evening. Luckily we
managed to food optimise while out and I didnt drink again. Here's the
diary for Saturday 9/2/2013:
