Skulldilocks Food diary

Curves sounds fab! I've heard the day after exercise body retains water to heal muscles though so could affect WI also.
Have heard where people go wrong with exercise and weight loss is allowing themselves a reward after a work out which ends up cancelling out what they did and more, such as a doughnut or whatever. Avoid the extra rewards for the best results!

Defintely measure yourself regularly as that's where exercise does the most impact :D so motivating to lose inches!
Last month I was doing these arm exercises daily including 40 chair dips, 30 sec plank, 30 sec weight lifting and 20 half a*sed female press ups as I literally cannot do them properly lol. Forgot to keep with the routine so only managed 12 days worth but lost an inch off my arms and two iches off my waist that month :O!! Just measured yesterday, has motivated me to get back on it.
 
13 weeks til Xmas! After tonight, I'm going to do the maths and work out what I need to lose. Target looks impossible now but we'll see. Curves really put me down about the whole target thing and said it was weigh too quick and I should only lose a 1lb a week. NO lol

Don't let it get you down, they have probably said that because they have to say that as it's the healthy way to lose it slowly... 1-2lbs a week. You know you can do it! x
 
Just had Peggy (my dog) put down and found out just before weigh in.gained a lb. Not in state to update so will talk tomo when I'm less upset :(

I gained a lb which in hindsight with star week beginning and a slightly heavy Friday night I'm ok with it I guess. Just gutted its been 3 weeks and 3 gains! Just need to break this streak.

Regarding the countdown to Christmas, I've done the maths. 2lbs a week will get me to target! This means I don't have to try and lose ridiculous amounts to try and make up for other times. I'm hoping this will mean I put a bit less pressure on myself and just do the plan normally rather than trying to cheat and then breaking the rules with starving and stuff. Feeling good about today and off to Curves tonight, lets get this 2lbs!

Aw babe. Sorry to hear the sad news about Peggy. Proud of you for not bingeing. You seem to really have your sights set on these losses and you can definitely do it. IMO forget what curves have to say re weightloss and just use that work out as your body magic to complement the SW plan. They're all about inches there but I lost 10lbs in the 6 weeks I was there by following our food plan with the exercise :)
 
Man, I'm absolutely starving despite all my fruity snacks today! Still got the journey home and then gym, so wont be home til 7. A jacket potato will take way too long, so SW wedges will have to suffice! :)
 
Why don't u stick the jacket in the microwave til it's soft and then put it in the oven just to crisp up. Will take just the same time as wedges :) it's how I do mine.

Ooo thanks I might try that next time! I ended up having the jacket as my workout seemed to curb my hunger, so cook it off while I had a shower. Thanks, I'm still upsetbut today has.been the most positive I've felt about SW in ages!

It's so awful but if you ate rubbish then you'd feel even rubbisher so you're doing well x

i never put a jacket straight in the oven, takes bloody ages lol at work I just bung one in the microwave for 6mins and just eat it like that for quickness x
 
Right well yesterday was 100%! Today is going to be much harder. It's a double celebration in the office today, with a birthday and someone leaving so there's a birthday cake, one of those dessert platters from Iceland, crisps etc. Going to try and go out at lunch and grab a jacket potato from Budgens so that I'm full up by the time its brought out. Then I'm off for dinner with friends at a pub. I've never been before but I looked at the menu and think I can have a steak. Then I'm off out but have told my boyfriend to take my wallet and leave me with £10. That will buy me 4 single vodka and diet cokes for 10 syns. I'm happy to go up to 20 today so that will hopefully cover a slither of cake and a few syns for oil at the pub. Desperate to stay in control!

The thing is, even if I do have a cheeky bit of cake today (I'm going to try my best before mother nature kicks in not to!) I am house bound the rest of the weekend so won't be able to pick or buy food. If I only have the 4 vodkas, I wont be hungover, so I plan to go to Curves in the morning tomorrow while Kieran is recovering :p
 
Lol guess who couldn't stick to 4.vodkas!? The landlord did a lock in and was giving us free drinks so thought it was rude not to take advantage :p I did however avoid food on the way home. Lunch yesterday was the only bad point. I wanted to go out and get my jacket potato but my colleague didn't let me because she didn't want the food going to waste! So it was a party plate of mini doughnuts, crisps and cakes but I reigned it in and stuck to steak and salad at the pub.I was shocked as normally I would just say "screw it, might as well forget today" but hopefully that one extra on plan meal will help.

Anyway today is a new day and I'm attempting the synfree doner kebab! I've even stayed at home while the boy goes off to nandos! I didn't wake up before the gym shut but I'll be going next week!
