I've heard about the snow too......ug! But today I seem to have gotten too much sun, feeling very hot.

Oh and! How have I managed to not have egg mayo yet??....tomorrow

Disappointing weightloss ( Friday is now my weigh in day as I never liked what the scales said on a Tuesday!) only 0.5 lb off but delighted to say my size 14 trousers are now too big, so pleased. Thank you for all your support it has helped me to stay focussed

Hope everyone is well. Had lovely weekend, went for family friends 80th birthday meal, lovely food and great company. Tried to make good choices, squid and prawn salad for starter, pollock in cream sauce on bed of celeriac with cauliflower cheese, lemon mousse with raspberry sorbet(?) 3 glasses of wine ( oops!)

Feel a definite chill in the air today, hope that snow isn't on it's way.
Just had some flaxmeal porridge ( off recipe thread) with handful of blueberries, very tasty
Tuna salad for lunch
Not sure about tea, maybe spicy quorn mince with my favourite, cabbage! Have a lovely day,
