I had giant prawns with chorizo sauce last night, so bloody yummy, came with bread to mop up the sauce - left it and asked for a spoon instead lol xxx

It's Saturday ! Looking forward to lovely friends coming up from London for weekend, my goddaughter is singing in choir at cadbury world tomorrow so off to watch.

Back from doing big shop, just love it when the fridge and cupboards are full. Did main shop in aldi and treats from waitrose, managed to spend more on the few treats in waitrose than whole weeks shopping including 3 bottles of wine from aldi!

If fish is ultra fresh from a proper fishmongers it should never smell fishy whilst raw or cooking....I'm lucky enough to live on the coast so never buy from supermarkets as it makes my house stink!

I had lemon sole and monkfish day before yesterday caught that morning and not a whiff of fish at all....and a really light taste, almost like scallops the only odour you should be able to smell is seawater...

If you have any of the cheese mixture leftover, it is delicious in celery or on slices of cucumber!

You must try the pan fried cod with the cheese sauce and spinach too. That is lush.

Got the week off, so very happy!
B scrambled egg, with smoked salmon and spinach ( feel indulgent!)
