Morning lovely,

It's miserable here too, but not as bad as Sunday. Menu sounds good, think I will have a cold meats and salad day too. Don't know why I'm loving med style lettuce and olives right now. Are tomatoes allowed in induction?

I'm a fish lover too. Tesco do frozen steaks of salmon and cod that you can nuke in the micro, just cover and add a little water to stop it drying. Very handy when you need a quick meal.

Couldn't face egg for brekkie today so having:-
B Greek yogurt, blueberries and Atkins muesli, plenty of water for me today
L egg salad
T haddock with greens
