Was down a pound today. Happy enough as thats 8 pound in 3 weeks, but would have loved to see 12 13.5 on scales. Will get there next week though.
I wonder did the day where I didnt eat much have an affect.

Breakfast

Lunch
Ainsley Harriot Cous Cous ,(didnt eat it all so 2 syns), banana
Dinner
Asparagus, with frylight mushrooms, tomatoes, half red and green peppers with 2 eggs scrambled, 1 slice of turkey (2.5 syns)
Snacks
2 apples, Milk in tea(hexa), 2 alpen lights(hexb), Tooty Fruity Sweets(4.5 syns), 2 choc fingers(3 syns)
