yea im really worried about getting lose skin .. i bought a cross trainer last week, it came on monday..ive been on it about 4 times and not for long each time and i was wrecked..legs were trembling and all sorts and i have been sooooo tired since..lol like the kind of tired where u will sleep on the floor ... anyway im hoping this will help with toning...just doing a little more each time, avoiding it this week tho where its my first week of LT.... those shorts sound a whole heap easier tho i would have them on 24/7 lol
