Was going really well today and managed to resist all sorts, but succumbed to half a slice of ham and a small chunk of cheese at lunch! Will this affect me much?
Also I'm trying the carbonara as this was the main meal in my pack, any tips for a better flavour I just can't seem to get rid of the powdery taste!!!
