Slim at 30

I was thinking similar too lizzie, although I was out for dinner lastnight, and we go on holiday for a week next Saturday, then its my bday so I think it's going to have to be damage limitation rather than weight loss now for the next few weeks. Once all the celebrations etc are over I'll get back on it.

How are you doing? You managing to maintain your target?

I'm not doing too badly, thanks. I put on 1 lb last week, but I had a hen do and bbq party that I went to. Finding it quite hard not to start over eating now I'm maintaining. Surprised I only put on 1 last week after everything I ate!! Trying to be better this week. I can't stop eating chocolate tho!! x

Well done for only 1lb, that's not too bad. Maintaining must be hard, although as long as you stay within a few lbs I'm sure you'll be fine as that's quite easy to lose in a couple of weeks. X

I'm starting a new diary called the 1lb plod. My slim at 30 hasn't worked so I'm now planning on doing this slowly but surely!

Ok, after weeks off plan and eating really badly, I am back on plan tomorrow. Aiming to lose 1lb a week so I will be 52(ish) lbs lighter this time next year!!!

Got my meals all planned and feel determined again. Only problem is that I was getting into using the exercise bike every day, but was in a car crash last week and have hurt my leg. Hoping it will sort itself out pretty quickly as I really want to keep up the exercise. - never thought I'd hear myself say that, haha!

Wish me luck.

Bye bye everyone. I'm off to 'slim and save' as I'm having no joy with slimming world at all. Although I may well be back in a few weeks if I can't cope!

Good luck with all your losses.
