Hi girls, I'm happy to report that I've lost 2lb I'm also much less bloated. I think carbs are the enemy for me!
What do skinny people wear on Christmas Day? I suppose it's anything they want! I can't wait

I gained two weeks in a row. I have had my steroids massively increased for the winter months as usual so losing is going to be really tough for me until they are reduced again in the Spring. Still deterimined to give it my best shot though!

There's 9 weeks til Xmas, and to make my goal I need to lose 5 lb a week and there's not way I'm gonna do that!! So I'm changing my goal to 60lbs by Xmas in total from the start of my diet. So I've lost 33lbs so far, another 27lbs to go. That's 3lb a week which is a but more realistic but still a challenge. I may have to get some walking in to boost losses. It's a good incentive. I know I can do 3 lb a week but not easily so it'll give me something to work for!
