No! Take ur trainers n go out for a walk or run before breakfast. That's my fave part of a holiday. Best time of the day :) x
 
Gillian michaels (?) DVD - is called the 30 day shred - it's basically circuits - I feel like I've been beaten up the day after I've done it lol!!

Starting week 3 tomorrow lol - we've entered a one mile race on 21st September so need to speed up the training a bit - am really enjoying it though.....TH is fab at running, runs like a natural :)
 
Hot doughnuts are good though lol You will back down to 12.3 in no time especially now you have caught the running bug and the 11's will be a calling x
 
Run done, dog walked, dinner calling lol!! Feel so much better after my run /walk, was a right grumpy so and so yesterday, might have to be a nightly thing, I'm addicted lol!!

Off down south tomorrow for a conference so will be a long day and not too sure how I'll cope food wise but I shall try my best!

Right, off to get me some dinner before I raid the treat box in desperation!! Oooh just remembered it's the bake off tonight :)

Morning ladies :) coffee only for me yesterday at the conference - even though there were free Danishes lol!! Glad I resisted, down to 12st 2.75lb this morning so finally got rid of the donuts lol!! Onwards to the 11s now!! Nothing foody planned til next Thursday when taking our auditors out for dinner, so fingers crossed should see those magic numbers next week :)
