They were my choices too - I'll ask for the steak to come with a salad instead - if the chips and especially the onion ring are there there's no way I'd not be able to eat them!!

Although, I've never had gazpacho yoyo, so I could have that to start then the mozzarella starter to follow as a main...?

Lol, they don't sound very graceful! Hope there's plenty of nice Italian me on hand ;-) not long to go now :) I hate this part though, holidays are so close but yet so far!! X

Maud's just been attacked by another bleeding jack Russell. There's 2 of them and a really big dog that makes a weird whining noise every time it comes near you, they're always getting out of this woman's garden. When she finally got them back in by screaming at them for about a minute I explained that I wasn't very happy, and she's lucky Maud's so laid back, she's a small staffy but she's still twice the size of the jack Russell and could do some damage if she did snap back. Her answer was oh she always does it???? Seriously, if it was the other way round and I let my dog go about attacking other dogs that walked past it'd be a different story - "dangerous staffys" and all that!!! Poor maud was terrified, I don't want experiences like that to make her wary of dogs. Grrrr, irresponsible dog owners make my blood boil!

Rant over, I think :-(
 
Aww poor Maud :( People look at my dog like he could cause harm but he was attacked again on Sunday by a tiny Jack Russell, jumped up and bit his face --- it's really unfair how the owners think it's ok because they are little :(
 
Three times a dog has gone for mine and twice they were tiny things, really drives me mad :( x
 
Couldn't agree more. My Barney has a massive fear of little dogs because their owners let them bark and nip at him :(
