Also... I read someone posting about certain weights being a sticking point, like your body remembers being there and doesn't want to go down, I think 14.2 is like that for me, so many diets I can remember thinking "yay, nearly in the 13s" but then something always comes up, and I feel better than at 15 1/2 stone and I go off track and never find my way back... Well I find my way back to 15 1/2 stone anyway lol! I think that's why I'm so worried about next couple of weeks... I don't want them to be my getting sidetracked downfall!! So...
