oh gosh! I was gonna get the new pearl de lait ones till i read they were stupidly high in syns for a yogurt!

The only yogurts I buy are muller light, even then though some of them contain syns. If you do a search for mullers you'll more than likely find the syn values, but try and look for the most recent post as Muller have changed the recipes recently so syn values have changed x

Unfourtunatly I don't like mullers but I'm happy with 0.5 syn each

Yeah thats not bad, some mullers are higher. I also buy Asda's 0% fat free natural yogurt. Add some sweetener to it and your own fruit then its lovely and syn free.

I normally have that for breakfast

Well I kinda slipped up and it ended in thai food, champers, cocktails and endless amounts of vodka eeek!

Back on it today lets hope I didn't go too overboard at WI 2moro!
