Ok have decided to get over the STS disappointment and get on with it! Have three birthdays this week, including best friends BBQ on Sat so having to be extra good in-between and would love any suggestions.

Wow - thanks for telling me they are straight off the menu plan for this week then!!! When I did SW in 2004 my C made them and told us they were free, never thought to check since! Thanks, hopefully that was the issue this week and will correct itself next week :)

Decided to update as I go (inbetween work) to try and focus on more superfree food!

D - Peppers (sf) onions (sf) toms (sf) in pan with fajita seasoning - 2 syns, rice, lettuce (sf) 1tbsp of guacamole - 1.5 syns, 1 tbsp of sour cream and chive - 3 syns

(Could have been far worse....avoided the sausages, potato salad, cheescake, crisps, sweets, more cakes, shots of various spirits. So altho double the daily syns still pleased with myself :)

D - Spinach (sf) and ricotta (85g for half the dish) HXB mixed with nutmeg and pepper stuffed into pasta shells. Sauce of red onion (sf), garlic, tom passata and basil all baked in the oven. Big side salad of mixed leaves (sf) topped with a little parmesan cheese 1/2 HXA

It's a new week :)

Ok, so I realise I have missed a day out of my diary, but in order to motivate myself and have a 'start a new week' mentality I have decided as my weighin is 5:30pm wedneaday to start a new week on a Thursday :)

Targets for this week;

1 - 2 litres of water a day (min)
2 - 1/3 superfree even on green/red
3 - Gym 3 times

This weeks 'bad day' is sunday, off for afternoon tea in london for friends birthday. So will be very low syns all week except Sunday as sandwiches, cakes, scones, tea and cocktails will be consumed!

This is my bad day/day off! Not sure if I'll be able to actually count the syns so maybe just a flexible syn day......

B - Bowl of strawberries (ss) with activa fat free raspberry

Tea with very little skimmed milk 1/4HXA and alpen light doub choc 1/2HXB

Afternoon tea in london followed by cocktails and chips on the way home ;-)

......So, even tho it was an awful diet day it was an amazing day on all other accounts, I fully enjoyed it and don't feel guilty just back on plan for the rest of the week :)

I recomend afternoon tea to all who want to treat themselves or a friend!

Anyway....I would appreciate any comments on the next few days diary leading up to weigh in on wednesday it's also TOTM so extra restraint required!

2 HXA - Semi-Skimmed milk in coffees and 28g of Parmesan Cheese

Having done SW a long time ago....I have never tried EE but following not a great start this time round, 2lbs in 5 weeks I am giving it a go!

This is my plan for day one, if anyone has any thoughts I would appreciate them :)
