Lots of us have diaries, so we can keep track of how we're doing, keep motivated and chat to others doing the same diets.
Day two and already fell by wayside ,,very often happens wake in a low mood ,,not a good sleeper which doesn’t help ,,pulled myself back now going to have Mediterranean style roast veg for dinner ,,
@Willivie you do this at your own pace, love - we all struggle with food in one way or another. Bread is my Achilles heel too, I could eat a loaf at a time!
exactly how I feel ,thank you and you sound like me .rambling lolKeep going Willivie. You can do this. I don't know how many times I have restarted and given up and restarted and given up again. My new way of looking at it is every time I have a little good run I either lose a bit of weight or I stay the same. Either way I am not adding to my already considerable size. And if I didn't have the good days at all I would be about 4 stone heavier. So far I am on a good run but who knows what life will throw at me tomorrow.
Sorry for the ramble but do the best you can with the strength you have and it is never too late in the day to start again.
