I've been away so had a small gain, back on it now though and have managed to lose 1lb so far.
I've reset my figures, so it doesn't look like I'm doing so well now, lol but I am back on it big time!!

Good morning, happy to finally report a loss. 0.8lb, not a lot but it means a lot to me. Only four more weeks before I am away again so I would like to lose more before I go. I want to get my bmi under 30 before then.
