I'm worried I'm doing something wrong as I don't seem to be losing any weight and feel like I'm gaining!

I have 2 pieces of nimble with low fat margarine with marmite in the morning.

Mid morning - Apple

Lunch - Chicken Salad with a little bit of craft fat free dressing.
Mullur yogurt
Apple
Carrots
OR
Some chicken
Mugshot
Corn on the cob.

Dinner - Chicken, new potatoes and salad.
Or
SW spaghetti bol
OR
SW burgers.
Mullar yogurt.

Can anyone tell if I'm doing something wrong or if I'm eating to much or the wrong stuff?
