Slimming for my wedding!

Hey It's been slow I'm not going to lie. I had a good few weeks of just maintaining - I'm down to 10 st 11 now, I've started losing again which is good. Just needed to step it up a gear really. I'm happy that it's going in the right direction, just hope I can keep it up! Thanks x
 
Aah you're doing great! Ages until the wedding too so you are going to be at your absolute best for it!!
I lost almost 4 stone for my wedding and made the big mistake of gaining a bit back once the worry of buying the dress was out the way....I then piled it all back on and the same again after the wedding!! Just...don't be me! haha, I am back and that's the main thing :)
 
Wow well done - I suppose that can easily happen, I think it's easy to slip into a mind frame of 'well I can fit in a size 10 now' or whatever size you were aiming for. I think that's what's happened with me - I'm definitely losing inches and can now fit into size 10 stuff which feels incredible after being in size 24s aged 15 and not so long ago squeezing into size 16-18. But I'm obviously not at my healthy BMI yet which is what I want to get down to at least (10 st 5lb) but ideally I'd like to get down to 9 1/2- 10 st which I think is achievable (even if it's taking a bit longer than I thought) x
 
You will definately do that if you keep on plugging away at SW :)
 
I really, really should be posting - I need to get back on it. I know that it definitely helps. I've been a bit poorly recently but I've managed to stay on plan quite a bit. I had missed 2 groups because of being too ill but I managed to drag myself to a Saturday group yesterday and I even forced myself to stay to help keep me motivated & hopefully pick up some good tips. I weighed in at 10 st 9lbs, so a loss of 2 for me (which I was happy with). I'm hoping if I try really hard I could potentially get my 4 1/2 stone award on Wednesday - but if not the Wednesday after is definitely do able. Yesterday's food diary:

Breakfast: 35g Porridge Oats (HEXA), Strawberries, Raspberries, Choc Orange Muller Light.
Dinner: Spicy Lentil Soup (Iceland SW range) with a slice of wholemeal crusts away (2 syns).
Tea: Beef Kheema Curry with Spiced Potatoes & Savoy Cabbage
Snacks: Banana, Apple, Quark
Syns: 1 tsp Choc shot (0.5), Options Mint Hot Choc (1.5), Salted Caramel SW Bar - ate around 3/4 of it, won't be having one again!! (4), 2 Mikado (1). Total: 9 syns. 600ml of Alpro Coconut Milk was my HEXA!

Aiming for a lower syn day today. Unfortunately, I can't have anything to eat this morning for medical reasons - so I hope that doesn't effect my metabolism too much. I'm definitely a breakfast person!! Hoping to eat less syns today as well!

Dinner: Chicken Chausser (1.5 syns for red wine & cornflour) served with 2 new potatoes, Brocolli and Carrots.
Snacks: 2 Hifi Light Bars (HEXb), Small banana, 4 Strawberries, Choc Orange Muller Light.
Syns: 2 syn Options Belgium Choc
Total: 3.5 syns

Today has been an alright day food wise, on plan. I don't like not having breakfast but obviously that couldn't be helped in this situation. I've drank lots of fluid which is good. Breakfast, lunch & dinner are all prepped and planned for tomorrow.

Tea- jp with beans (fajita ones) and cheese
Snacks- melon slices strawberries and mango slices with 1 tbsp of choc shot

So so drained and exhausted today! Here's my food diary today:

Breakfast: 2 plums, 4 strawberries, small handful of raspberries with a chocolate orange muller yoghurt.
Lunch: Small tub of leftover kheema curry mix with Savoy cabbage & spiced potatoes.
Dinner: Chicken Chausser on a Jacket Potato with Brocolli (1.5 syn)
Snacks: Apple, 2 Hifi Light (HEXB), 2 Babybel (Healthy A), Danone Light & Free Yoghurt, Slice of Cajun Chicken, 3 Gherkins.
Syns: Options Mint (1.5 syns) Options Butterscotch (1.5), 2 packets of Go Ahead Biscuit Bites (10)
Total syns: 14.5

Ended up having a bit of an indulgent day syn wise but I felt like I needed it and still stayed within the plan. Hoping for a better day syn wise on Tuesday to make up for it!

Today's Breakfast:

I decided to mix up my healthy B today and enjoy 40g of Urban Fruit Dried Pineapple on top of fruit (5 strawberries, small handful of raspberries, 1 plum, small handful of black grapes, 1/2 banana) & topped this with Blueberry Danone Light & Free yoghurt. It was delicious and made a nice change from Mueseli and Porridge Oats and the texture meant it took longer to eat. I had a Butterscotch Options Hot Chocolate with it (1.5 syns). I need to kick my hot chocolate habit but at the minute I love a hot drink in the morning & hate tea/coffee. Might switch back to hot juice for the next couple of days.

Lunch: Beef Kheema & Spiced Potatoes/Cabbage (last of my leftovers haha!), Blueberry Danone Light & Free, Apple/Grape Snack Pack. I've finally figured out how to attach pictures and you can see why I'm not sick of my lunch - delicious despite having it three days in a row!

Dinner: Sirloin Steak, Cajun Spiced Potatoes, Button Mushrooms & Red Onion.

Syns: 1.5 Butterscotch Options, 5.5 syn party rings, 2 Mikado sticks (1). Total: 8 syns

Today has been a difficult day - cakefest bake sale at my work for a charity. Donated money but managed to avoid the lure of shortbread, chocolate cake, lemon drizzle cake, butterfly cakes... the list goes on and so does my envy haha :') I'm proud of myself as I am definitely a cake fiend and could definitely rival the Cookie Monster!!

Forgot to post yesterday and I definitely went over my syns by eating a slice of my amazing homemade lemon drizzle cake which I'd made for my dad and guiltily had some. I weighed in and put half a pound on this week - gutted.

Breakfast: Plum, Apple, Strawberries, Banana, Grapes, Aldi Coconut & Vanilla Yoghurt, 600ml Alpro Coconut Milk (HEXa)
Lunch: Chicken Salad, Danone Yoghurt
Tea: Jacket Potato, Mushy Peas, SW burger & sausage (leftover from last nights BBQ)
Snacks: 2 Hifi Light Bars (HEXb)
Syns: Butterscotch Options (1.5), Marshmallows (3) Total: 4.5

Today, I was super good when I went to the cinema today to watch the new Alice in Wonderland (great film btw). I took my HEXb of Dried Pineapple and blackberries, strawberries and blueberries to pick at. Saved myself some high syn snack damage that was calling at the kiosk. I also went for a walk before and have managed to rack up 15000 steps today so far on my Fitbit as well.

Today's food:
Breakfast: Apple, Plum, Strawberries with Danone Blueberry Light and Free.
Lunch: Chicken Teriyaki Subway Salad with sweet onion dressing (1.5 syns)
Dinner: Tuna Nicoise Salad
Snacks: HEXa: 400ml of Alpro Coconut Milk, 1 Babybel light, HEXb: 40g dried pineapple, Weightwatchers Yoghurt
Syns: 0.5 syn Hartley's 10 cal raspberry jelly
Total Syns: 2 syns

I have lotsa good days and some not so good. I'm losing it slowly, but i'm hoping slowly means it'll stay off.
