I really, really should be posting - I need to get back on it. I know that it definitely helps. I've been a bit poorly recently but I've managed to stay on plan quite a bit. I had missed 2 groups because of being too ill but I managed to drag myself to a Saturday group yesterday and I even forced myself to stay to help keep me motivated & hopefully pick up some good tips. I weighed in at 10 st 9lbs, so a loss of 2 for me (which I was happy with). I'm hoping if I try really hard I could potentially get my 4 1/2 stone award on Wednesday - but if not the Wednesday after is definitely do able. Yesterday's food diary:
Breakfast: 35g Porridge Oats (HEXA), Strawberries, Raspberries, Choc Orange Muller Light.
Dinner: Spicy Lentil Soup (Iceland SW range) with a slice of wholemeal crusts away (2 syns).
Tea: Beef Kheema Curry with Spiced Potatoes & Savoy Cabbage
Snacks: Banana, Apple, Quark
Syns: 1 tsp Choc shot (0.5), Options Mint Hot Choc (1.5), Salted Caramel SW Bar - ate around 3/4 of it, won't be having one again!! (4), 2 Mikado (1). Total: 9 syns. 600ml of Alpro Coconut Milk was my HEXA!
Aiming for a lower syn day today. Unfortunately, I can't have anything to eat this morning for medical reasons - so I hope that doesn't effect my metabolism too much. I'm definitely a breakfast person!! Hoping to eat less syns today as well!
