Wow! Both Gemmas do look absolutely fabulous! You can totally see the difference. Gemma, that "only 20lbs" has made a massive difference and no, I dont believe you should be saying "only" 20lbs

Gemma C, if you hadnt explained where you were in the wedding photo I wouldnt have known where you were!!!! You look amazing!

What an inspiration! I cant ever imagine posting my pics on here.... seems a long way off.... if it ever does happen. I did take some "before" photos and measurements on my first day but I havent even looked at them, cant bear to.

You are a little bit shorter than me though hun.
I do feel good-although this is going to be a gaining week......super good for me next week.

I love seeing the "old" me. There aren't many photos of me like that though. There are millions of snaps of me now. I love having my picture taken now I have lost some weight. Its amazing how much confidence it gives you.

I deffo think that the amount of excercise I do helps. Its not just food-I have to work out-at least twice a week. Its all about Jazzercise.

Hey there, love all your before and after and in betweenies too

having had a bit of a wobble on plan and a small gain last week, back on track today, so thought i'd post my awful before pic and my in between...hopefully someone will see a bit of a difference!
Am currently 1st 5lbs down, still got another 2.5 stone to target...
