i have the book of sauces too. have found it very useful. made loads of the sauces in it too.

So glad I bought it. Can't get over how cheap the books are too. I'm gonna try the red onion gravy tomorrow!

I agree, book of sauces is fab. I also really like EE Meals in Minutes - has saved my life many a time after a few too many hours in the office!
