Breakfast - Weetabix topped with skimmed milk (from allowance) and banana. An orange - FREE
Lunch - Perfect Roast Chicken Dinner, with roast veg (potatoes, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, parsnips, and carrots) - FREE
Dinner - Pasta with goats cheese, cherry tomatos and basil, Bruschette (1/2 wholemeal pitta topped with 1 tbsp tomato puree and goats cheese), side salad with balsamic dressing - 11 1/2 SYNS
Snacks - Homemade biscuit - 1 1/2 SYNS
Mikado stick - 1/2 SYNS
Homemade Orange Ice Lolly - 2 SYNS

Today wasn't too bad. The syns mostly came from the extra HEb and HEa (cheese and wholemeal pitta), which is a LOT better than coming from sugary, fatty foods, so I am pretty pleased with this... I already know next weekend is going to be dire - some friends are coming to stay, and we are going to a Medieval fair, where resistance will undoubtably be futile... MUST have a good week this week, and do plenty of exercise!
