After a few absent weeks I am back and more determined!
In the weeks away 5-7 i put on 4lbs and was over my start weight! I was so upset i randomly purchased a cross trainer! Crazy!
Started again at wk 8 and lost -3lbs with the use of cross trainer daily for 30 mins!
I am so so proud and have NEVER felt so good as i do now with exercise!
Im hoping for a good number next week...... And I have even convinced my hubby to join the slimming world wagon!
