Sounds like a plan Bee only I have my birthday, a party and a wedding in June so gonna be a tough one i think.
Next week is going to be hard enough with a meal out with work and going caravan with friends and kids for a few days plus no having a few socializing drinkies whilst on this :(
I will have some food but will do my best to keep it low carb so chicken salad it is lol

Well done for hitting the 14's, bet it feels great? Will hopefully be joining you there next week xx
 
Yes of course, you did mention you've got a lot on in June. Perhaps you could set yourself an achievable challenge and we can help each other out a bit with some support. It's great that you're still determined to make it work rather than throwing in the diet towel altogether, I always used to do that, thinking what's the point with the plan to start dieting just after all the social stuff is over. But it's never over, is it. So well done on keeping going :)
 
Bee yr so right. Diest or no diet a social life always continues (not that I have much of a social life) but when it does come round it all happens at once lol x
 
Well after a dodgy day feeling sorry for myself on sat so glad I stayed strong.
Just weighed and lost 4lb and 3in so am now on the 14's whoop whoop! Xx

Ty just hope I can keep it up now . pressure is on now really as ppl are noticing and asking questions.
Didnt want anyone in wk to know really as u get comments like "yuou will only put it all back on and more" or "oh no thats not a healthy way to lose weight, just eat less and move more" really gets to me comments like this! X
 
You are doing what is right for you and just need to let their comments wash over you
 
Yh I know shrimp but is hard when ive been and done it before with cb and gained it all back after illness. Just gotta hope I stay well this time! Xx

Well what a week,went out with work tue and had prawns for starters and salmon and broccoli for main.
Then wed and thurs was at friends van and for tea on wed I had chicken ceasar salad and thurs bbq so just stuck to meat and no carbs oh and did have 1 small glass of rose.
Then last night went to a party but no food so only had 2 shakes and by the time i got home was to tired to have 3rd shake then.
Today have had 1 shake and 1 bar and had family over for chinese so I had chicken and broccoli in oyster sauce. Not sure if all that was right things to have but have tried really hard to be good.
Kind of dreading weigh in though :( xx
 
They sound like good food choices so you should be ok

Hey Nat, I hope TOTM isn't affecting you too much, but if it impacts on your weight loss at least you can take comfort in knowing it's something beyond your control. And once it's over, the excess water and whatever else those pesky hormones do to our bodies will go as well. x
 
God I do hope so . plus side I fitted into a pair of trousers I bought yonks ago and they are big on waist (although still bit clip on the old thunder thighs lol)

i have some that have not fitted me in ages and I have not dared to try them on yet
 
The thing I really want to fit again is my wedding and engagement rings. Not been able to wear them for 2 yrs now and hate it.is one of the main reasons for wanting to lose the weight x
 
Ok so after sts past 2 weeks due to totm and being off plan for bday shenanigans I have finally had a bit of a loss this week.
So 2.2lbs off and 3inches. Am pleased with that considering the amount of parties i had over weekend oh and the bottle of wine lol.
Will stay 100% till sat as have a 3 course meal at the wedding and yep probably some vino too xx
