Week 4 Wednesday 13th Oct - EE
Morning all - havnt updated yesterdays food yet. Was pleased with my 2.5lb loss yesterday morning but I have to save all my syns this week for a big night out on saturday when im not in control of the food I eat and will also be drinking.. so here goes .......
HEA - Milk
HEB - Crunchy bran with banana
Lunch - Jacket spud, sweetcorn and salad with 0syn vinagrette, a pear
Snack - 2 slices smoked turkey
Tea - quorn and cannellinni bean chilli with rice (speed, speed, speed foods!!!)
