Slow and steady wins the race!

Thanks! The quiche was proper tasty. I mixed 3 small-medium eggs with half a tub of low fat cottage cheese and blitzed, added some chopped ham, finely diced onion and finely chopped spinach, salt, pepper and 60g grated cheddar, which is a lotttt, it's crazy cheesy! I had it all as my 2 hex'as on a red day but half would have been fine too, I was just super hungry lol. Mixed it all together and sprayed a tin with frylight, baked for 45 minutes! x

That looks really yummy I'm going to have to give it another go I think. I know what you mean about cheese, if I do a red or green day I always make sure I have full use of the HEXs with cheese. In fact I have been known to have a green day and use all 4 HEXs on cheese!!

Haha, that sounds amazing. Love cheese!

I ended up having a bachelors hi-veg pasta and sauce with a tin of tuna for dinner. I have had to really, really force myself it to eat today. I had a bit of an emotional breakdown last night about how much weight I've put on, I think it was mainly due to lack of sleep because I've not been sleeping very well lately, but it's almost like I'm becoming scared of food? Like, I keep thinking 'the less I eat the more I'll lose' but I know that's not a healthy mindset. I'm sure I'll snap out of it soon! x

Had my first WI in this morning and lost 8lbs this week. I'm pretty happy with that, especially as at least three days this week I've gone way over my syn limit. I also haven't done any exercise at all, so I'm going to try and incorporate some of that this week! I'm also still feeling super pumped and motivated to eat healthy. I've got a meal out on Sunday, so I'm going to be super good until then and just have the healthiest meal I feel like when I go out.

Not overly sure of todays plan but it'll involve kiwi and yogurt I'm sure lol. Will update later! x

Well done that's amazing!!
Glad to hear you're pumped up too!! You're on the right track now so you'll just see the lbs dropping off

I really struggle to fit exercise in, I'm out of the house 7am-6pm Mon-Fri for work and with having to look after a toddler around that too I really struggle. I tend to stick to lunchtime walks around town (without spending money!!) and I'm going to start using the stairs instead of the lift at work - we're on the 5th Floor!! But it'll have to wait until I'm feeling better I think.

What sort of exercise are you planning on doing?

Thanks! Fingers crossed I'll still have a good loss next week!

5 flights of stairs sounds killer! I'd imagine it'll be super good for you though. I'm sure having a toddler arounds keeps you busy enough! Kids are so much energy! S'all good though :D My folks are going away for a few weeks on Tuesday, so I'm going to need to start walking their dog, hopefully that will be help. :) I might try and do the Couch to 5k running thing, once I've been paid and can get some snazzy running shoes. Who knows! x
